These give way to several interesting sites like, Old Man’s Cave, Ash Cave, Conkle’s Hollow, Cantwell Cliffs, Rock House, Cedar Falls, Clear Creek (Metro Park), Rock Bridge, Tar Hollow, Lake Hope, Lake Logan and Hocking Hills State Forest, that you can enjoy. You may also visit Hocking Valley Scenic Railway around 30-35 minutes away from the Hocking Hills State Park. It is considered to be one of the best train rides in Ohio rambling through the beautiful hills of South-east Ohio.

While on a tour to Hocking Hills Park, you need not worry about your stay and food, because there are many comfortable resorts, hotels, inns and chalets located in Hocking Hills state park, where you can stay and can get good food. You can even find shopping centers close by. One visit to this interesting getaway makes you realize that, Hocking Hills park is certainly one of the best romantic weekend-getaways in Ohio.

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is a heaven for rock music lovers. Located on the shores of Lake Erie in Downtown Cleveland, this pyramid shaped music Mecca is a spectacular, angular, 150,000 square foot building established in 1995. Being one of the best tourist attractions in the city, this is rightly named so, because of the true tribute that it pays to producers, performers and songwriters, who demonstrated a significant influence during the Rock and Roll era.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is often considered as the first choice for weekend-getaways in Ohio, especially by passionate rock music lovers. Music is cardinal to all the exhibits at the Rock Hall. There are headphones generously placed around the the hall for the music lovers to experience rock music and know about the artist who are new to them. The permanent exhibits include lyrics, costumes, instruments, handbills for concerts, musical scores, stage props, etc.There are also featured souvenirs from the artist’s childhood like, report cards, correspondence and shoes.

The visiting hours are from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, and on Wednesdays until 9:00 pm, except for two days, Thanksgiving and Christmas. While on a journey to this musical world, you may also visit some nearby places like, Cleveland Stadium, the Great Lakes Science Centre, the Steamship William G. Mather Maritime Museum,  the Lake Shore Electric Railway interurban museum and the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority.
