Lincoln Park Zoo is one of the most wonderful family weekend getaway in Chicago established in 1868. It is located in Lincoln Park in Chicago, Illinois.

Lincoln Park Zoo is one of the last free-admission zoos of America. This is a world of wildlife, where animal lovers come to hear lion’s roar echo and to see gorillas climbing trees and rainforests and dry-thorn forests or spacious savannas. There are thousands of animals in the Zoo, that visitors can get to see. The best attraction of this Zoo is Regenstein Center, it is for African Apes. It is one of the best assemblages of gorillas and chimpanzees in the world. Where chimpanzees and giant gorillas eat and play around, you can even touch them.

Besides you can go for boat riding on the pond and can visit the Lincoln Park located just outside the zoo. There are many seasonal events held in the park, that you can enjoy as well.

There are inflatable BouncyRoom and ImaginationStation, an indoor play area for small kids in the park.

If you are passionate about basket ball then need not to get disappointed, because park has 3 different courts and also arranges lots of different basketball games here, it also offers golf course, that is played under black lights.
