White River State Park – An Indiana Weekend Getaways

Indiana has countless amazing places for weekend getaways. One of the most beautiful places to visit is, White River State Park. The park is located in the center of downtown, Indianapolis. It is the only cultural state park in America.
The park has many beautiful attractions, that you can explore like - beautiful grassy areas and waterways, trails. Apart from these, you can also find some educational and recreational attractions such as - Indianapolis Zoo, White River Gardens, Indiana State Museum, IMAX® Theater, Eiteljorg Museum of American, Indians and Western Art, NCAA Hall of Champions, Victory Field and the Congressional Medal of Honor Memorial.
While visiting this extremely interesting place, you may encounter big hills where in many wild animals wander around. You can do little bit swimming, hiking and can roll down the hills.
