The picturesque Devil's Den State Park is placed deep in Lee Creek Valley in the northwest of Arkansas's renowned Ozarks Mountains. In 1930s the Ozark valley was selected as a park site because of its natural formations of ancient sedimentary mountains, natural beauty and dense oak forests. The park and its surrounding areas are renowned for mountain bike trails, hiking and backpacking. The park also offers close to 150 campsites of various classes, caves to be explored and rugged hiking and biking trails.
