Harpers Corner scenic drive takes travelers and visitors into the centre of Dinosaur National Monument's canyon county. The entire drive stretching 32-miles road passes through exotic vistas of the Green and Yampa river canyons. Along the way tourists can enjoy extensive vistas of the Colorado Plateau, take pleasure in picnicking at several picnic areas and can also go for hiking at three hiking trails located en-route. In one of the hiking trails, hikers can also view fossils of small sea animals that once lived in the past.
